44th Mayfaire 5k

It was a great evening of racing and overall a great time with all the local runners, and out of town runners, coming together for Lakeland’s premiere race! Mayfaire is typically known for its hills and hot weather since it’s a 7pm race. We did have some luck with rain clouds cooling things off a touch but it was still a pretty warm evening for racing.

Overall, I would say our runners handled the course and conditions well with many PR’s and age group wins. It’s definitely not easy to do here! Congrats to everyone!
